You are warmly welcome to the Real Me Circle in Heraklion, Crete. This event is for locals, visitors and expats who want to come together in an authentic, healing and inspiring way.

The Real Me, our authentic and true self, which is at the core of all human development and spiritual growth. Our Real Me may be hidden under many different layers of protection, roles and masks. By recognising and letting go of the unnecessary shelters and masks, it is easier to connect with your true self and to experience authentic emotional connection with others.

By being your true self, life and relationships become more balanced, fluid and fulfilling. You feel more relaxed, can more easily enjoy the small joys of life, accept yourself more deeply and live more and more in the now. The present moment is all that really exists, the past and the future only exist in our minds… the more we live in the now, the more we learn to accept the moment and ourselves as they are, the more we can experience fulfilment in ourselves and in life. From this state of being we also see how we can act wisely to make things better, bring our gifts to those around us and fulfil our purpose in life.

The next event will take place on 9 March 2024 at 14-17. The Power of Sensitivity. Come and learn what it means to be a Highly Sensitive Person and how to make sensitivity a gift rather than a fault or a burden. Sensitivity has many advantages in life. But you need to know yourself and create a life that suits you.
