  1. Purpose of processing personal data

Contacting customers, maintaining customer relations, invoicing, marketing.

  1. Data content of the register

The data stored in the register may include: name of the person, company/organisation, contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, address), IP address of the network connection, information on ordered services and changes thereto, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

  1. Regular data sources

The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer, for example, when he/she joins an e-mail list, registers for a course, orders other services and products, messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer provides his/her data. The website uses Facebook pixel and Google Analytics.

7. Regular disclosures of data

The information collected in the registers will not be disclosed outside the company for marketing, sales, opinion or market research purposes, for example. Customer feedback on products and services may be published anonymously and in a way that protects the privacy of the person providing the feedback. Other information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

8. Principles of protection of the register

The register will be processed with due care and the data processed by the information systems will be adequately protected. Only predefined employees and/or partners of the company, such as the company responsible for the maintenance of the website, have access to and/or are entitled to use the data contained in the register stored in the system.

  1. Right of access and rectification

Any person in the register has the right to check the data recorded in the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will reply to the customer within the time limits set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a general rule, within one month).

  1. Other rights relating to the processing of personal data

A data subject in the register has the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning him or her from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain circumstances. Requests should be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limits set by the EU GDPR (as a general rule, within one month).

11. About cookies

We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user’s computer, which enables the website operator to identify frequent visitors to the website, to facilitate the log-in of visitors to the website and to enable the compilation of aggregated data on visitors. This feedback allows us to continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm users’ computers or files. We use them to provide our customers with information and services tailored to their individual needs.

12. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool provided by Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on our website. The cookie information generated when you use our website is usually sent to and stored on servers in the United States by Google Inc. The user’s IP address is anonymised before being transmitted to Google. In accordance with its Privacy Shield statement, Google declares that it complies with the EU/US Privacy Shield. Google may transfer information collected by Google Analytics to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. According to the Google Analytics Terms of Use, Google will not associate the IP addresses of data subjects with any other data held by Google.

  1. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google’s reCAPTCHA service for some of the forms on our website. reCAPTCHA’s role is to check whether the sender is a natural person or an automated robot. The service involves sending the IP address and other information required by the reCAPTCHA service to Google. This verification is subject to the Google Inc. privacy policy.
